Reportant au Directeur Retail France, le Directeur de magasin assurera le leadership auprès de l’équipe de vente afin d’assurer un service client optimal qui permettra l’atteinte des objectifs fixés.

**_ LE POSTE _**

Vous êtes un leader intrépide et vous poussez votre équipe à atteindre et dépasser ses objectifs commerciaux, tout en vous assurant que tous les clients vivent une expérience exceptionnelle et inoubliable en magasin. Vous maintenez l'engagement et la motivation de votre équipe, vous menez votre équipe sur la surface de vente tout en développant une culture du coaching. Vous assurez la gestion quotidienne du magasin mais aussi l’implémentation et l’animation des objectifs stratégiques de la marque sur le long terme afin de pérenniser la croissance de Dr. Martens

**_ VOS PRINCIPALES MISSION_**_ _
- Mener à bien les tâches opérationnelles quotidiennes (staffing, formation, vente, visuel merchandising, tâches administratives ) en respectant les procédures
- Maintenir un environnement de travail sûr et sécurisé
- Animer et atteindre les objectifs Kpi’s fixés pour le magasin (dont l’indice de vente et le panier moyen)
- Piloter le compte de résultat et contrôler les coûts liés au magasin (dont la masse salariale)
- Mettre en place un service client de haute qualité
- Respecter les procédures liées au stock du magasin (inventaire, traitement des livraisons, gestion de la démarque inconnue )
- Mise en place de la stratégie marketing en magasin (événements, promotions, vitrines ) et respect des normes merchandising (présentation des différentes gammes produits)
- Recruter, former et développer l’équipe de vente afin d’atteindre les objectifs du magasin (chiffre d‘affaires, inventaire, visite client mystère )
