- Contribute to the financial planning and analysis activities within the Corporate FP&A Support department at Dassault Systèmes.
- Support the quarterly closing, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical accounting functions.
- Assist in managing three critical services: Business Administration, License Compliance, and General Administration.
- Collaborate with many stakeholders to ensure accurate financial control and reporting.
- Promote a team spirit and facilitate collaboration within the Corporate FP&A Support department.
- Develop an “performance” controlling view

- Responsible of Budget and Hiring Form on the 3 scopes
- Leader of the budget process with all his stakeholders
- Costs and headcount analysis
- Participate on transversal projects

En tant que Spécialiste en Planification Financière et Contrôle budgétaire, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le façonnement du paysage financier de notre organisation. - Contribuez aux activités de planification financière et d'analyse au sein du département Corporate FP&A de Dassault Systèmes.
- Soutenez les fonctions de clôture, budgétisation, prévision et comptabilité analytique.
- Participez à la gestion de trois services essentiels : Administration des affaires, Conformité des licences et Administration générale.
- Collaborez avec divers intervenants pour assurer un contrôle financier précis et des rapports fiables.
- Appliquez une sensibilité à la comptabilité analytique pour soutenir la prise de décisions financières.
- Favorisez un esprit d'équipe et facilitez la collaboration au sein du département Corporate FP&A.

- Participer à des projets transverses**Qualifications**:
3 to 5 years of experience in controlling within a large group, with a concentration on financial planning and analysis.
Proven track record in a similar role involving closing, budgets, forecasts, and analytical accounting.
Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical accounting sensibility to contribute to informed financial decisions.
Performance-oriented approach to reporting, emphasizing accuracy and efficiency.
Team spirit and collaboration skills.
Proficient in English and French (oral and written).

You’ll work with SAP-BFC (Magnitude), Excel, Cognos TM1 and internal finance tools

**Vos qualifications**:
3 à 5 ans d'expérience en contrôle au sein d'un grand groupe, avec une concentration sur la planification financière et l'analyse.
Expérience avérée dans des rôles impliquant la clôture, les budgets, les prévisions et la comptabilité analytique.
Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec divers intervenants.
Forte sensibilité à la comptabilité analytique pour contribuer à des décisions financières éclairées.
Approche axée sur la performance en matière de reporting, mettant l'accent sur la précision et l'efficacité.
Esprit d'équipe et compétences en matière de collaboration.
Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (à l'oral et à l'écrit).
Une approche « Do-eur » de son métier
Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez amené à travailler essentiellement et quotidiennement avec SAP-BFC (Magnitude), Excel, Cognos TM1 et les outils communautaires de la finance.
