**VOTRE MISSION : DÉVELOPPER LA STRATÉGIE DE CROISSANCE ORGANIQUE DE L'APPLICATION**:
En lien avec l'équipe Growth, vous aurez pour missions de:
- Analyser le marché **:Benchmarker la concurrence et identifier les tendances/créations des médias sociaux qui font le buzz**:
- Construire et exécuter **les stratégies de croissance organique**:partenariats, promotions croisées, marketing d'influence, ASO, growth hacking et création d'une forte communauté**:
- En parallèle de ces missions**, participer à l'optimisation des campagnes d'acquisition d'utilisateurs sur les réseaux payants avec l'équipe Paid**
**VOTRE PROFIL : GROWTH MANAGER**:
Must have:
- Vous avez** +3 ans d'expériences **dans le** Growth Hacking (B2C)**:
- Vous êtes diplômé.e **BAC +5 d'une école de commerce ou d'ingénieur**:
- Vous aimez **entreprendre **dans vos missions et vous donner la priorité** à la progression pour développer la croissance**:
- **Créatif(ve), vous êtes passionné(e)s par les tendances des médias sociaux**:
- Vous parlez **anglais**
