In France, Sunrock is on a mission to dominate the commercial and logistics property photovoltaic sector. We're seeking a visionary leader to guide and expand our pool of project managers, someone who will mentor, manage workload, and drive performance. This individual will oversee project KPIs, serving as a strategic sparring partner for our Managing Director in France, with a keen focus on international projects.

**Your Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- You manage the team of project managers at Sunrock France: you build the organization structure for this team, in order for them to be successful
- You expand ad professionalize our network of EPC companies, technical advisors and engineering firms
- You build entire project portfolios. You assess and evaluate the technical feasibility, discuss technical designs with our EPCs, conduct contract negotiations, and bring your projects to the construction-ready stage.
- You oversee our portfolio of projects under (pre) construction, during implementation and work towards timely project completion/commissioning within the project budget.
- You think entrepreneurially, can convincingly persuade people of good ideas in a likable way, and boldly move forward to realize ideas.
- You are our reliable contact person for all internal and external project partners.
- You are in contact with our international teams to improve processes, tools, and general knowledge exchange.
**What You Bring To The Table**:
- Your enthusiasm and willingness to actively drive the energy transition.
- Your several years in a managerial position where you have been responsible for the performance and personal development of a group of project managers or project engineers
- Your several years of experience in project management in the field of renewable energies, especially solar installations.
- a successfully completed degree with a technical background (engineering degree, electrical engineering training, or similar).
- Your structured and independent way of working, which meets good communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team.
- ** Proficiency in French language skills in speaking and writing as well as very good English skills.**:
