**MISSION**
Responsable de l'exécution des projets de parcs solaires photovoltaïques et éoliens terrestres (et infrastructures associées), tout au long du cycle de construction : depuis le mémo d'investissement et/ou le début de l'appel d'offres du processus de construction jusqu'au début de la construction (pré-construction), depuis le début de la construction jusqu'à la date d'exploitation commerciale (construction), et de la date d'exploitation commerciale jusqu'à la signature du certificat de prise en charge et la remise à l'exploitation et à la maintenance (pré-opérations). Assurer la conformité de l'exécution des objectifs des projets en termes de santé, sécurité et environnement, qualité, CAPEX et calendrier conformément au plan d'affaires de l'entreprise et aux exigences du département E&C de l'EU&BR.
**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**
1.** GESTION PRÉ-CONSTRUCTION**:
Gestion de la préparation de la construction des projets depuis l'Investment Memo jusqu'au démarrage de la construction, comprenant:
- Estimation des CapEx pour la construction afin d'obtenir l'approbation de l'investissement et/ou des enchères.
- Planification de la construction.
- Revue de constructibilité des projets.
- Mises à jour régulières des estimations et du planning CapEx.
- Plan de préparation à la construction, comprenant l'obtention des ressources internes et externes nécessaires pour gérer la construction.
- Faciliter le transfert des projets de l'ingénierie à la construction, y compris l'examen de toute la documentation technique et de la documentation de projet pertinente.
- Examen de la documentation pour l'appel d'offres pour la construction du projet, y compris toutes les offres individuelles pertinentes conformément à la stratégie contractuelle du projet.
- Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie contractuelle des projets.
- Fournir un soutien technique tout au long du processus d'appel d'offres pour la construction, y compris l'examen des offres, les évaluations techniques, les clarifications avec les soumissionnaires et le soutien lors des négociations avec les soumissionnaires jusqu'à l'attribution du contrat, en garantissant une sélection optimale des entrepreneurs et des conditions contractuelles optimales.
2.** GESTION DE LA CONSTRUCTION**:
Gestion de la construction des projets depuis le début de la construction jusqu'à la date d'exploitation commerciale, en garantissant la conformité des objectifs du projet en termes de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement, de qualité, de CAPEX et de calendrier, conformément au plan d'affaires de l'entreprise et aux exigences du département E&C de l'EU&BR, notamment:
- Préparation et mise à jour régulière du plan de gestion de la construction.
- Suivi régulier des contrôles et mises à jour du planning.
- Suivi régulier des contrôles et mises à jour des CapEx.
- Gestion des sous-traitants, y compris les réclamations, garantissant le respect des termes et conditions contractuels.
- Gestion de l'assistance technique et/ou des services spécialisés.
- Gestion des interfaces entre les sous-traitants.
- Gestion des changements.
- Gestion du travail administratif.
- Contribution au plan de communication.
- Reporting, incluant la gestion des rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels.
- Gestion des intervenants internes et externes liés à la construction.
- Contrôle, suivi et mises à jour réguliers du plan de gestion de construction
- Gestion de la documentation, garantissant le respect des processus et outils de l'entreprise.
- Assurer le respect des exigences en matière de Santé, Sécurité et Environnement.
- Assurer l’assurance qualité et le contrôle qualité.
3.** GESTION PRÉ-OPÉRATIONS**:
Gestion de la construction des projets depuis la date d'exploitation commerciale jusqu'à la signature du certificat de prise en charge et la remise à l'exploitation et à la maintenance, garantissant la conformité des objectifs du projet en termes de santé, sécurité et environnement, qualité, CAPEX et calendrier conformément au plan d'affaires de l'entreprise. Et les exigences du département E&C de l'EU&BR, y compris les responsabilités suivantes en plus de celles liées à la gestion de la construction:
- Gestion de la mise en service.
- Contrôle final de conformité et préparation du dossier de remise.
- Clôture de la gestion des prestataires, jusqu'à signature des Certificats de Reprise.
