Pennylane a pour mission d’aider les dirigeants de TPE et PME à reprendre contrôle de leurs finances.
Concrètement ça veut dire quoi ? Pennylane se connecte aux flux financiers de ses clients et leur propose un outil de pilotage et de gestion qui leur facilite la vie.
Ces dirigeants peuvent aussi bénéficier de l’accompagnement d’un-e comptable spécialiste de leurs problématiques via l'un des cabinets d'expertise-comptable partenaires de Pennylane.
Aujourd’hui ce sont plus de 100000 dirigeants de startups et de PME que Pennylane accompagne tous les jours en les aidant à mieux piloter leur activité.
**Contexte & équipe**
- Pennylane ouvre un poste d'IT Support pour accompagner sa croissance.
- Tu travailleras directement avec Thomas, notre IT Manager, et la team IT. - Tu seras en charge de gérer le parc informatique de Pennylane (et tout ce qui y est lié).
**Missions**
- Fournir un support aux employés sur des problèmes techniques
- Prendre en charge des projets pour soutenir notre croissance et renforcer nos enjeux de sécurité
- Gérer l'onboarding des employés de Pennylane (création des comptes, des mots de passe, gestion des droits d’accès, préparation du matériel.. etc)
- Rédiger des tutoriels simples et efficaces pour faciliter l'utilisation de certains outils
- Prendre la parole devant un public ( Présentation IT lors de l’onboarding)
NB : Pennylane ne possède pas de réseau propre (nous sommes chez WeWork et utilisons leur infrastructure). Il n'y aura pas de missions liées au réseau.
**Candidat idéal**
- Tu es à l'aise sur des environnements Apple et familier de l'administration de nos principaux outils (Google Workspace, Slack, -Notion, Jamf, Okta, Jira, etc.)
- Tu es débrouillard-e et autonome
- Tu as un goût pour l'échange et la communication ; en tant qu'IT Support, tu as vocation à être en contact quotidien avec toutes les équipes de Pennylane
- La Maitrise du français **et** de l’anglais est nécessaire
