Nous recherchons un.e Compliance Specialist désireux.se d’accompagner le développement de Swile et Swile Payment dans le respect et la gestion efficace de ses obligations réglementaires. Ta mission principale consistera à participer à la mise en œuvre et à l’amélioration continue du dispositif de conformité, en ayant toujours en tête l’objectif de l’équipe qui est d’apporter un maximum de valeur pour le développement business de Swile \uD83D\uDD25 - En priorité sur les activités réglementées de Swile Payment (on ne t’avait pas dit ??? Swile a obtenu un agrément d’établissement de monnaie électronique \uD83D\uDE0E

C'est la classe mais un grand pouvoir implique de grandes responsabilités). Tu accompagneras les équipes à mieux appréhender les impacts de la réglementation \uD83C\uDFAF Tu aideras Swile à se développer, tout en limitant l'utilisation de ses produits par des personnes malveillantes\uD83D\uDD75️‍ ️ Tu participeras au suivi des indicateurs clés de la Conformité, à la revue des rapports réglementaires et aux développements Compliance nécessaires pour le lancement de nos nouveaux produits \uD83D\uDE80

**Missions**

Ta principale mission consistera à gérer les processus de conformité et à maintenir leur efficacité en permanence, sur la base d'une compréhension approfondie des processus métiers et des réglementations applicables à Swile Payment, un établissement de monnaie électronique**.**
- Tu seras amené à travailler sur des sujets autant passionnants que diversifiés : la lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent, la protection des intérêts de la clientèle, la supervision des PSEE, le support au cadrage des nouveaux produits et le développement d’une culture Compliance au sein de Swile. Le/la future Compliance Specialist sera au cœur du développement de la Compliance**.**:

- Notre dispositif est fortement automatisé, ton rôle sera de contrôler que tout fonctionne correctement
- Tu sauras profiter des innovations technologiques pour automatiser au maximum les process et t’assurer que les taches manuelles sont réservées aux éléments clés nécessitant une analyse poussée.

- Améliorer les dispositifs Conformité (LCB-FT, protection de la clientèle, PSEE)
- Effectuer des enquêtes approfondies en cas d'activités suspectes de clients et émettre des déclarations de soupçon si nécessaire
- Enrichir la documentation et les procédures existantes
- Développer une culture de la conformité et une relation de confiance avec les équipes
- Effectuer les contrôles de conformité pour s’assurer que notre dispositif qui est très automatisé fonctionne bien
- Réaliser les reportings sur l’activité

- Une bonne expérience en Compliance dans le secteur du paiement ou des finances
- Une bonne connaissance de la réglementation bancaire et de ses bonnes pratiques
- Pragmatique et force de proposition qui n’hésite pas à mettre en pratique ses recommandations
- Un goût prononcé pour l’innovation et la technologie
