Position Duties
En quoi consiste le travail ?
En tant qu'Environment Artist, vous aurez la responsabilité de produire tous types d'assets 3D dans un style semi réaliste permettant de construire les décors du jeu en respectant les contraintes artistiques et techniques du projet.
C'est très bien, mais qu'est-ce que cela signifie au quotidien ?
- Créez des assets 3D PBR dans un style semi-réaliste (scuplting, retopoly, UV, texturing)
- Créer des matériaux sous substance designer / painter
- Intégrer les assets dans le moteur de jeu
- Composer les décors dans le moteur en étroite collaboration avec le level design
- Collaborer avec l'équipe technique et artistique à la mise en place du pipeline de production
Que cherchons-nous ?
- 2 ans et + d'expérience dans le développement de jeux en tant qu'environment artist et/ ou level artist
- Expérience confirmée de la production 2D/3D temps réel ayant une grande curiosité dans les techniques et outils nouvelles générations.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, itérer suite au feedback, travailler en équipe
- Anglais parlé et écrit

De quoi avez-vous besoin pour réussir ?
- Un book permettant de soutenir vos capacités artistiques dans divers styles ainsi que vos connaissances techniques.
- Maitrise des logiciels associés à la production d'assets 3D temps réel de nouvelle génération (Soft 3D type Max / Maya / blender, substance painter / designer, etc)
- Etat d'esprit de croissance / progression
- Être un véritable membre d'équipe, capable d'établir des relations et d'établir le respect et la confiance.
- Comprendre que l'itération fait la qualité
- Autonomie et responsabilité démontrées
- Capacité à être disponible, patient, bienveillant et inclusif
- Extra : Expérience en tant que joueur et/ou un rôle antérieur sur un Action RPG
- Extra : Expérience avec Unreal et/ou Unity
- Extra : Expérience technique (optimisation, workflow art,etc), narrative (environnement storytelling) ou artistique (lighting, vfx, etc) est un plus.
