**PRESENTATION SOCIETE**

XAnge est un investisseur franco-allemand en capital-risque qui a investi dans plus de 200 startups dans le digital, la deep tech et l'impact. L'équipe investit essentiellement en early stage dans des startups en démarrage commercial et a accompagné de belles pépites comme Ledger, Evaneos, Lydia, Chauffeur Privé ou Welcome To The Jungle.

XAnge est la marque Innovation du groupe Siparex, un acteur majeur du capital investissement français.

**DESCRIPTIF POSTE**

En tant qu’associate au sein de l’équipe investisseurs impact, vous aurez l’opportunité de prendre part au déploiement de Mutuelles Impact, un fonds impact de 95 M€ sponsorisé par la Mutualité Française et l’écosystème mutualiste dont la stratégie d’investissement est orientée santé et innovation médico-sociale pour adresser les grands enjeux sanitaires et sociaux : prévention, accessibilité des soins,

A ce titre vous endosserez les responsabilités suivantes:

- Sourcing d’opportunités d’investissement
- Etude en profondeur des domaines d’investissements visés
- Participation à la sélection et analyse des opportunités d’investissement:

- Etude approfondie des dossiers retenus et présentation en Comité d’Investissement ;
- Négociation, montage financier et juridique de l’opération ;
- Suivi de lignes du portefeuille de l’investissement à la cession avec participation aux Conseils d’Administration.
- Participation au Comité deal-flow et investissement
- Participation à la gestion générale du fonds Impact et notamment aux liens avec les mutuelles et la Mutualité Française

**PROFIL RECHERCHE**
- Expérience de 5 ans en private equity ou en Venture Capital, effectuée soit au sein d’un acteur français ou international, dans le secteur Tech / Digital indispensable
- Forte sensibilité pour l’impact, la technologie et la santé
- Bonne capacité d’autonomie
- Sens des responsabilités
- Team player avec un très bon sens relationnel tant en interne qu’en externe
- Curiosité et esprit critique
- A l’aise avec les outils web et systèmes d’information (Réseaux sociaux, CRM)
- Langues de travail : Français et anglais courant
