**Le rôle / les responsabilités**:
Afin de soutenir notre nouvelle génération de produits dotés de hautes performances et d'une grande évolutivité, nous recrutons un expert en développement backend avec une appétence devops.

Vous intégrerez une équipe de développement logiciel en charge du développement de notre nouvelle plateforme de gestion des risques basée sur des technologies SaaS (AWS).

En tant qu'expert, vous participerez au développement de la nouvelle solution de Moody's avec un focus particulier sur le développement de mécanismes de services web permettant de gérer le calcul et l'agrégation d'indicateurs de risque dans le but de publier des rapports réglementaires.

Votre position vous permettra d'interagir avec des architectes, des Business Analysts, des chefs de projet, des développeurs et des analystes assurance qualité travaillant dans différents pays.

**En tant qu'ingénieur logiciel senior, vous devrez**:

- Collaborer avec les Business Analysts afin d'interpréter les exigences relatives aux missions et aux objectifs commerciaux.
- Partager les retours sur les exigences d'un point de vue technique et fournir des estimations pour les User Stories et les tâches.
- Diriger les activités de conception pour les missions commerciales/Epics appartenant à la Stream.
- Définir et maintenir des normes de codage, et guider les membres de l'équipe pour qu'ils se conforment à ces normes (pas convaincu pas cette phrase).
- Collaborer avec les ingénieurs chargés de l'assurance qualité pour corriger les défauts.
- Maintenir le Build and deploy de la CI et Collaborer avec les ingénieurs pour préparer les Packages pour la release et résoudre les problèmes d'environnement de développement.
- Enquêter sur les problèmes logiciels signalés par les clients et en trouver la Root Cause. Communiquer avec les clients au sujet de ces défauts.
- Maintenir à jour les documents techniques.
- Examiner le code, diriger les activités de remaniement, fournir des conseils d'un point de vue technique à tous les membres SE d'une Stream.
- Travailler avec les membres les plus expérimentés de l'équipe afin d'améliorer continuellement nos pratiques.
- Organiser des sessions de formation et de partage des connaissances au sein des équipes ou entre elles.

Profil recherché

**Qualifications / Expérience**:

- Titulaire d'un Master en informatique ou en ingénierie
- Solide expérience en Python
- AWS Cloud computing, PostgreSQL et l'utilisation de Git sont obligatoires.
- Un bon niveau d'anglais est requis.

**Expériences supplémentaires**:

- L'utilisation des actions Github et l'intérêt pour les outils DevOps seront appréciés.
- Quelques notions en Scala seront appréciées.
- De bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et la capacité de construire des relations professionnelles solides à tous les niveaux.
- Le poste peut être ajusté entre Senior Software Engineer et Software Engineer, même jeune diplômé en fonction de l'expérience et/ou des projets déjà menés.
