As a Senior Growth Analyst, you will work closely with both Operational (Marketing, Sales & Partnership) and Support (Finance, Sales Ops & BI) teams to help them build a strong plan and ensure we either deliver it or find great learnings.
Join Jacky’s team as Senior Growth Analyst to enable our 4 markets to scale their acquisition strategy (Sales & partnership double in 2023) on a sustainable way
**As a Senion Growth Analyst at Qonto, you will**
- Build the process & tools to facilitate the definition of a strong plan and strategy from all markets
- Enable an efficient measurement for every channels through tools such as Marketing Mix Modeling, Sales & Partnership Attribution and client segmentation
- F- ind actionable insights through a comprehensive analysis of our performance, including brand tracker, market share & research and Sales & Partnership ROI
**What you can expect**
You will support the 3 areas where Qonto aims to scale its growth investments in 2023:
- Following Penta’s acquisition, we start going bold on marketing in Germany, while continuing to invest in our french market.
- To support the expansion of Spend Management solutions, Qonto is scaling its Sales teams (Sales Inbound, Outbound & KAM) and aim to show that it can be down on a sustainable way
- To pursue the rise of our brand awareness (x5 vs 2020), we continue to grow our investments and improve the efficiency of our marketing media campaigns
**About your future manager**
Your manager will be Jacky who is in charge of Growth Planning & Steering team
**Their path**: After an experience in FP&A at Dassault Systèmes and Sales Operations at Criteo, he went from head of Business Performance at Vestiaire Collective to the Growth Revenue team led by Maria.
**What they can bring to you**: within a small team of experts, we can bring you autonomy and trust to shape your projects but also support and challenge you to help you rise to the next level
**About You**
- You are a great team player and easily interact with and challenge senior stakeholders (growth & country directors)
- You have a powerful analytical mindset and you can handle a wide variety and volume of data (SQL and/or knowledge of marketing tools is a plus)
- You can build and make simple some complex modeling questions (at Qonto, we use GSheet, Anaplan is a plus)
