_**1/ Descriptif du poste**_

Missions principales:

- Gestion des équipes de marins en charge de l’exploitation et de la maintenance de la Jetty
- Superviser la bonne mise en conformité de la flotte dédiée à la Jetty
- Planifier et superviser la maintenance de niveau 1 de la Jetty et ses interfaces avec le client
- Superviser le respect des règles HSE sur la Jetty lors des opérations d’exploitation et de maintenance y compris lorsque les entreprises sous-traitantes sont présentes (Control of Work, ouverture de permis, etc.)
- En charge des opérations de Loading Master de façon autonome dont:

- Acceptabilité des navires
- Supervision des opérations de déchargement
- Suivi des conditions océano-météorologiques
- Coordination avec les différentes interfaces : Équipes JIFMAR, Port de Sète, GDH, agent maritime
- Contrôle du « plan de déchargement » établit par le RO GDH
- Effectue les formalités de pré-déchargement conformément au «Terminal Handbook»
- Surveillance et contrôle des opérations de branchement et débranchement des bras de déchargement
- Durant le déchargement : contrôles prévus dans la checklist de sécurité, rédaction et transmission au dépôt des statements of fact
- Accompagnement de la société en charge du contrôle de la vacuité des citernes
- Émission d’une letter of protest en cas d’anomalie et/ou problème
- Rédaction, distribution et archivage du rapport d’escale
- En collaboration avec le service des achats, s’assurer de la bonne livraison des demandes d’achats
- Participer au suivi HSE du projet et aux exercices
- Participer aux réunions client

Formation:

- Officier Marine Marchande polyvalente 1ère ou 2ème classe (Breveté Capitaine)
- Expérience requise de minimum 5 ans en tant que:

- Capitaine/2nd Capitaine de FSO, FPSO, pétrolier, chimiquier, VLCC _ou,_
- Superintendant Onshore ou Offshore _ou,_
- Loading Master Onshore ou Offshore
- Brevets STCW2010 à jours
- Formation PFSO est un plus

Compétences:

- Anglais professionnel requis
- Spécialiste en gestion des opérations de transfert de liquide dangereux
- Excellentes connaissances des standards de l’OCIMF, ISGOTT et en particulier de la SSSCL
- Compétences techniques (Travaux en milieu maritime ; Maintenance des navires ; Maintenance d’outils industriels ; Travaux Offshore)
- Compétences en manœuvre de navires
- Compétence en gestion de matériel et d’équipements
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (pack office, logiciels internes )
