Cette société a développé une plateforme de billetterie et d'engagement des fans répondant aux nouveaux enjeux de l'événementiel. Pour ce faire, ils utilisent les innovations du Web3 pour être les pionniers sur ce secteur.Pour plus de sécurité les tickets sont créés sur la blockchain, il est donc impossible de les dupliquer.Pour plus d'engagement les tickets sont sous la forme de NFT. Après un événement, ils pourront évoluer avec le temps, donner accès à une communauté et offrir des avantages (réduction sur un prochain concert, loterie pour un accès backstage...).Même si le projet est early stage, ils ont fait des événements dans 7 pays dont des festivals avec des milliers de personnes. L'équipe est composée de 7 collaborateurs avec des anciens de Central Paris et OCTO.Ils recherchent un.e vrai team player en tant que Développeur Fullstack pour les accompagner dans leur croissance. Vous aurez un grand impact sur le produit et c'est le bon moment de les rejoindre afin d'avoir de l'equity avant la levée de fonds prévu fin d'année

Vos missions

Créer le meilleur service de billetterie, utilisant les technologies du web3 (NFTs, Blockchain), pour une expérience client exceptionnelle et prendre part aux décisions stratégiques de l’entreprise concernant le produit et la tech.
- En poussant des pratiques de craftsmanship et maintenant des standards de qualité
- En favorisant une stack technologique efficace facile à maintenir et à faire évoluer
- À court terme, prototyper rapidement des fonctionnalités en acceptant de faire des concessions sur la qualité afin de prendre du feedback rapidement
- Être force de proposition, challenger et co-construire la vision produit en participant à l’élaboration de la roadmap et à sa priorisation
- Partager votre savoir faire pour faire grandir l’équipe sur vos domaines d'expertise.

En tant que Full-stack Developer, vos sujets techniques tourneront essentiellement autour du Frontend et du Backend pour ce début de l’aventure. Vous serez le garant de la qualité du code.

La société compte également sur vous pour prendre part à des sujets non tech, si certains vous intéressent (structuration, création de process, etc).

**\-Blockchain**: Smart contract Tezos / Polygon

Vos compétences
- École d'ingénieur
- 4 ans d’expérience minimum
- Maîtrise du développement Frontend (React / Javascript) et de solides bases en Backend: Python
- Solide sur les bonnes pratiques (TDD / DDD / Clean architecture...)
- Capable de monter en compétence sur les nouveaux sujets techniques
- Proactif et à la recherche de meilleures façons de travailler, tu sauras contribuer à la vie et à la structuration de l’entreprise
