Au sein de la Direction Marketing, vous reportez au Responsable Merchandising & Marketing 360, vous contribuerez à la croissance de la Maison Fred et à l’amélioration de la performance des collections.
**Dans ce contexte, vous contribuez aux recommandations merchandising basées sur les analyses et rapports de performance.**
**Pour mener à bien vos missions, vous êtes en relation quotidienne avec les équipes produits, opérations, 360 et marchés, notamment au travers des projets et missions suivants**:
- Analyses mensuelles et hebdomadaires, monitoring et report de l’activité (par typologie, collection, tranche de prix, etc.)
- Identification des opportunités de croissance par marché et proposition des actions d’aide à la performance
- Coordination avec les équipes transverse pour les lancements produits, construction des plans merchandising associés
- Pilotage des sélection des produits mis en avant dans les différentes activations et programmes 360 et partage des disponibilités produits pour les shootings
- Proposition et suivi de rotation des pièces de Moyenne et Haute Joaillerie en lien avec les calendriers des marchés
- Coordination et support de projets merchandising transverses, notamment les projets IT (SAP, PBI, etc.) et des projets stratégiques (model stocks, forecasts, cycle de vie des produits, etc.)
**Profile**:
Diplômé(e) d’une école de commerce, d’ingénieur, université ou équivalent, vous parlez couramment anglais et maîtrisez parfaitement les outils informatiques notamment Excel.
Vous êtes familier avec l’environnement Power-BI.
2 ans d’expérience, dont une expérience significative en merchandising ou dans une fonction similaire.
Vous avez une sensibilité pour l’univers du luxe et la joaillerie.
Vous êtes un excellent team player et appréciez le travail en collaboration.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre implication, votre rigueur, votre capacité d’analyse et votre autonomie dans le travail. Vous savez gérer les priorités et vous adapter dans un environnement agile et dynamique.
