Role Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for Sales AM's by cold calling new customers- Generate leads for Sales AM's by calling existing customers- Generate leads for Sales AM's by following up on leads from campaigns- Create the customer corporate account on SAP for leads as and when required- Assist with providing product quotations for Sales AM's, Distributors and customers-
- Contact customers to obtain missing information/documentation or answer queries for Sales AM's to conclude the paperwork for a sale.- Follow up with Sales AM's on all leads sent to them via the Sales Administrator and provide a weekly report to the VP Sales- Stay up to date with new products and features, product materials pricing and the standard sales process system- Meet individual KPI targets as agreed with the line manager- Any other duties as required by the VP Sales from time to time

Minimum Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a customer support agent/services dispatcher/ telephone outbound caller as well as a Telesales, where applicable- Must have good administration capabilities and must be neat and accurate- Excellent product knowledge of CGM products and Services- Hands on experience with CGM SAP software for Services and Sales- Good communication skills via telephone (telephone etiquette) as well as good interpersonal skills- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills- A team player with high level of dedication and energy- Ability to work under strict deadlines and is hardworking- Tertiary Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus with a matric certificate- Driver's license (preferable but not essential)
