**Présentation**:
DFC est une société de conseil spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des projets stratégiques IT. Elle compte à date 50 personnes, dont environ 35 consultants internes et freelance qui œuvrent quotidiennement pour sécuriser les projets informatiques. Depuis 2 ans, l’entreprise a monté une BU dont le rôle est de développer des outils IA permettant de maximiser l’efficience des portefeuilles de projets IT chez ses clients.

Control Tower est un logiciel SaaS qui a pour ambition de révolutionner lʼapproche des risques opérationnels dans les projets IT des grandes DSI. Son interface intuitive permet aux utilisateurs de produire un audit rapide et 360° de leur projet et dʼobtenir des actions de remédiations priorisées pour réduire leurs risques de manière efficiente. Cette approche est rendue possible par la digitalisation des connaissances du risque des projets IT accumulées par DFC Partners dans un système expert. Ce système met en oeuvre une modélisation des phénomènes de risque grâce à un moteur dʼinférence assisté par des technologies de machine learning et dʼanalyse probabiliste.

Nous recherchons un software engineer à dominante backend pour renforcer lʼéquipe de développement.

**Les missions**
- Software engineer à dominante backend participant activement au développement de notre SaaS Control Tower
- Développement de solutions techniques, de nouvelles features, maintenance de la codebase, veille technologique
- Participation aux décisions produit
- Évolution possible vers un poste de lead

**Profil recherché**
- Qualité humaine et de travail en équipe acceptant les règles du travail en remote (remote flexible avec présence au bureau pour se retrouver et avancer ensemble régulièrement)
- Capacité à leader lʼéquipe et à faire avancer le produit
- Appétence produit et pragmatique pour faire évoluer le produit dans le sens de la demande
- Capacité de travail en asynchrone avec rigueur dans lʼutilisation des outils de communication et dʼorganisation (notion, slack, github, )
- Nous recherchons un profil expérimenté souhaitant évoluer dans un rôle de lead dans une équipe en construction
- Capacité à envisager la solution de bout en bout sur la partie technique: backend, frontend, devops, infrastructure et monitoring.

**Compétences clés**
- Software engineering
- Expérimenté en Python (expérience sur Django, Flask, FasApi) Connaissance et maitrise du SQL
- Compétences en design dʼAPI
- Compétences en tests unitaires
- Méthodologie TDD - Pair coding
- Appétence pour le DevOps (CI/CD, infrastructure, déploiement) Appétence sur des sujets connexes: frontend, data, machine learning

**Process de recrutement**
- Test technique à faire en autonomie (1 semaine)
- Feedback du test technique par mail et si satisfaisant débrief du test en pair coding + questions techniques avec le CTO

**Modalités d’intervention**
- CDI
- Salaire : 60 K€ brut
- Travail en remote à prévoir
