**À ce titre, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes**:
- Représenter et transmettre les valeurs de la Maison Valentino à nos clients
- Offrir une expérience unique et personnalisée à nos clients,
- Tisser, développer et maintenir des relations, afin de promouvoir la fidélité à la marque,
- Réaliser vos propres objectifs et contribuer à l’atteinte de ceux de la boutique,
- Garantir un service après-vente d’exception, conforme aux procédures de l'entreprise, afin de maintenir la satisfaction et la fidélité de nos clients.
Profil
- Première expérience réussie dans le domaine de la vente luxe ou Premium
- Passion pour la Mode et la Haute Couture (suivi des tendances, des créateurs, connaissance globale du secteur)
- Gout du contact avec une clientèle internationale
- Culture du résultat
- Esprit d’équipe, attitude proactive et adaptabilité
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles
- Vous parlez français et anglais couramment ; la maîtrise d'une troisième langue est appréciée.
