Descriptif du poste

Dans le cadre des grands projets de construction de centrales EPR Hinkley Point C et SIZEWELL C, la Direction Supply Chain recherche un-e Project Supplier Manager (PSM) / Chef de Projet Achats et Expediting pour gérer la relation contractuelle et opérationnelle avec les fournisseurs d'équipements mécaniques (outillages de manutention majeurs, piping et vannes) et services d'installation.
Vous rejoignez une équipe de 8 PSM, au sein d'un service de 20 personnes.
Vous avez un rôle clé dans le pilotage des activités achats industriels du projet, en commençant par l'appel d'offres jusqu'à la clôture du contrat en passant par la bonne exécution de la commande (expediting).

**Vos missions Supply Chain sont les suivantes**:
Etre l'interface clé et représenter Framatome auprès des fournisseurs
Coordonner les disciplines internes de Framatome : technique, qualité, inspection, contrat, documentaire et planning.
Accompagner et mettre sous contrôle la phase d'exécution de la commande
Négocier les contrats (FIDIC/NEC)
Etre force de proposition pour les projets futurs

Profil recherché

De formation Bac + 5 (Ingénieur ou équivalent) vous avez 5 ans d'expérience minimum dans un environnement industriel avec une expérience en achat projet ET/OU une expérience dans le domaine des méthodes industrielles ou de l'inspection avec un intérêt pour la relation fournisseurs.
Vous avez idéalement négocié des contrats complexes (techniquement et juridiquement) dans un environnement de type EPC.
