Nous recherchons un(e) Team Leader pour rejoindre notre. Sous la supervision du Manager des Kiosques, vous aurez pour mission de:
- Assurer la continuité de direction en cas d'absence du Manager
- Contribuer à l'organisation et à la coordination efficace du travail des équipes
- Garantir une mise en place optimale des kiosques pour maximiser les ventes sur place et à emporter
- Offrir un service clientèle exceptionnel et assurer la satisfaction des clients
- Motiver et encadrer les équipiers pour maintenir un haut niveau de performance
- Participer activement au contrôle des marchandises et à la gestion des stocks
- Effectuer et superviser les opérations d'encaissement
- Veiller au strict respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.

- Une première expérience dans le secteur de la restauration rapide, avec des responsabilités similaires.
- Personne de terrain, vous êtes doté(e) d'un sens aigu des responsabilités et êtes déterminé(e) à fournir un service de qualité irréprochable.
- Excellent communicant, vous favorisez un climat de travail positif et encourageant pour votre équipe.
- Organisé(e) et capable de gérer efficacement les tâches administratives, vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques liés à la gestion des stocks et des commandes.
- La maîtrise d'une ou plusieurs langues étrangères constitue un avantage certain pour ce poste.
**LE POSTE ET LES FORMATIONS PROPOSÉES**:
Il s'agit d'un poste en journée sans coupure, aussi bien en semaine que le week-end. La rémunération est fixée à 21 203€ brut/an avec une **prime liée aux objectifs et des heures majorées le dimanche**. Nous offrons une formation interne complète au métier d'équipier glacier, ainsi qu'une formation en ligne (e-learning) sur les règles d'hygiène.
