**Join us as a Marketing Manager - New Markets**
**What you will be doing**
As part of the New Markets team, you’ll report to the New Markets Director and you’ll partner closely with Satispay’s Central Marketing, Business Intelligence and New Markets Business Development teams, working closely with the Head of Regional Marketing. The core focus of the role is to boost the awareness, acquisition and the usage of Satispay in all the French regions where we are expanding our activities.
Namely you will:
- Develop and implement B2C marketing strategy through dedicated channels with the guidance of the Head of Regional Marketing Lead and localize global campaigns by implementing local marketing activities in coordination with the local teams;
- Build and execute key projects with multiple stakeholders in great autonomy and be the main point of contact between the Central team and the Regional marketing specialists;
- Collaborate with central marketing teams to scale results and bring efficiency and expertise where needed;
- In collaboration with Business Intelligence department, continually measure, monitor and drive improvement in programme approaches; employ industry best practices and look for new opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency;
- Manage regional marketing specialists.

You have:
- 8+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a B2C market-place or scale up is a plus;
- Data-driven approach with a strategic mindset, able to translate results analysis into actual marketing actions thanks to analytical skills and pragmatic approach;
- Excellent project management skills, with an obsession for details and a genuine curiosity towards innovative solutions;
- Experience in direct people management;
- Team player attitude in any situation;
- Flexible approach to work;
- Strong ability to prioritise and structure processes.
You are:
- Able and willing to take on new responsibilities and challenges and to work under pressure in an extremely fast-paced environment, autonomously and within the team;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus;
- Interested about the FinTech environment. Showing interest in companies operating in the digital/payment ecosystem is considered a plus.
**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Lyon (France).
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
