**CHEF DE PROJETS TECHNIQUES

de miroirs déformables (DM), des capteurs de front d’onde (WFS) jusqu’aux systèmes sur-mesure,

Située au sein d’Inovallée à Grenoble, au cœur de la « Silicon Valley » européenne, ALPAO offre un cadre
de travail unique au pied des massifs alpins.

Exportatrice à plus de 90%, ALPAO relève des challenges technologiques et scientifiques pluridisciplinaires
pour répondre à des projets de recherche d’envergure internationale, comme notamment le
développement de miroirs déformables pour le plus grand télescope mondial ou bien la collaboration avec
l’équipe du Prix Nobel de Physique, Reinhard GENZEL et Andrea GHEZ, en équipant l’un des instruments
clés qui a servi pour la recherche sur le trou noir supermassif de la Voie lactée.

La technologie innovante d’ALPAO permet aux utilisateurs de corriger des aberrations optiques en temps
réel et ainsi de récupérer des images de très haute résolution.

**LA MISSION
**Pour répondre à une forte croissance de la société et à un potentiel de développement majeur, nous créons
un poste de **Chef de projets techniques senior (H/F).**

Rattaché au Directeur technique, Vous serez en charge du pilotage et de l’organisation de projets de
développement produits et de projets d’amélioration produits ou processus.

Vous travaillerez sur des produits très techniques, à forte valeur ajoutée, avec des clients internationaux à
fort niveau d’exigence sur différents marchés en étroite collaboration avec les directions techniques et
scientifiques de l’entreprise (spécialistes en optique, optique adaptative, micromécanique et logiciel).

Vos missions principales sont les suivantes:
1) Organisation et planification
- Définir les structures et règles de fonctionnement du projet en interface avec le client

(planning prévisionnel, budget, livrables ) puis définir les tâches, ressources et timing avec
l’équipe technique et les mettre en œuvre
- Définir les procédures projet, qualité et documentation mises en place et former les

équipes techniques sur les processus ainsi définis
2) Gestion technique, administrative et budgétaire
- Définir les ressources humaines nécessaires aux projets et répartir le travail en

collaboration étroite avec le Directeur technique
- Superviser et coordonner le travail de l’ensemble des acteurs concernés, internes ou

externes (dont les sous-traitants et fournisseurs)
- Suivre et contrôler le déroulement des projets, l’exécution du planning et le respect du

budget
- Superviser les commandes liées au projet
- Organiser et animer des réunions et des points réguliers avec l’ensemble des partenaires
- Assurer les reportings à la hiérarchie, notamment tableaux de bords et indicateurs
- Élaborer les dossiers techniques en relation avec les équipes techniques
- S’assurer du respect des normes qualités et réglementaires en fonction des normes en

vigueur

**PROFIL**

De formation ingénieur généraliste avec idéalement une spécialisation en optique, physique ou
micromécanique, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 7 années minimum dans la gestion de
projet/conception de produits industriels. Vous parlez couramment anglais.

Vous avez piloté des projets complexes et innovants dans des secteurs exigeants (haute technologie,
produits à forte valeur ajoutée, production petite et moyenne série), avec une expérience éprouvée en
gestion de projets (6 Sigma idéalement), en planification de projet, développement produit.

Vous savez communiquer efficacement avec des personnes de profils variés (scientifiques, industriels,
techniques, commerciaux) et savez rapidement identifier les objectifs et contraintes de vos interlocuteurs.
Vous aimez évoluer dans un secteur hautement innovant. Vous disposez d’un grand sens relationnel et êtes
autonome. Vous faites preuve de rigueur et de dynamisme, et aimez évoluer dans un environnement
challengeant.
