Internship: Analyst

**What you’ll do**

As an Intern in the Office of the Chairman of the Board and Managing Director you will work closely with the Chief of Staff of SAP France in order to support SAP France leadership.
You will contribute by facilitating the successful execution of various projects and learn about how we lead the way as a top Technology company.

Your specific tasks include but are not limited to:

- Excellent planning, preparation, execution and follow up of strategic meetings, workshops and events with key stakeholders and customers.
- Actively support/ manage (sub-)project tasks on your own.
- Managing internal and external correspondence with different stakeholders : medias, customers, partners, etc.
- Support with the design, rollout and implementation of new processes or working models.
- Support with general project structures like providing status reports, creating templates, monitoring of accomplished tasks, scheduling appointments, preparing reporting documents.
- Design crisp internal and external communications.

**What you bring**
- Student in Master 1 or 2 in business/management school or engineering school or university
- Interest in Tech
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Good understanding - Reliability - Accuracy
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Intercultural awareness
- Besides that, you are highly self-motivated, results-oriented and get into new topics quickly
- Experience in consulting or technology industry is a plus.
- 6 months-internship
- Start date: as soon as possible

**Meet your team**

You belong to a small team working with the Managing Director and his Executive Committee on a daily basis.
Besides that, you have daily contacts with all teams of SAP in France : Sales, Presales, Value Advisory, R&D, Finance, HR,and also globally : Offices of Regional and Global Executives, Alliances, Global Strategic Deals team, etc.
