**Job Summary**

You will play a critical role for the group by researching, analyzing, recommending and reporting on the availability and performance of inventory across types and formats for FreeWheel’s International AudienceXpress business unit and external buyers. You will maintain constant collaboration with all functions in the business unit including Product, Account Management, Finance, Publisher Sales, Demand Sales. The Markets business unit enables the most premium video publishers - such as TV Programmers, Telco, and major digital media publishers - to monetize their content at scale.

**About the Role**
- Analyze network health and performance: create, update and iterate reporting on KPIs and provide insights; develop dashboards to facilitate efficiency within the network; produce analysis of publisher performance, inventory valuation
- Manage inventory packages and availability inquires using available data and tools
- Leverage FreeWheel’s data and tools to evaluate, structure and deliver inventory offers for the AudienceXpress team and other buyers
- Establish a strong relationship with local International Publisher managers to categorize local inventory and any inventory updates
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of FreeWheel’s customer base, specifically understanding the composition of clients and partners in the ecosystem
- Establish a highly collaborative, cross-functional relationships across the broader Markets business unit
- Works cross-functionally to implement key projects. Interfaces with other departments to leverage data for their respective business needs
- Manage relationship with internal sales team to gather feedbacks on packaged inventory performances
- Active communication on inventory insights: newsletter, one sheeter, to help promote the available inventory, working closely with Marketing team to create and maintain internal and external documentation and process on media products.
- Serve as market expert, providing insight to the marketplace conditions and opportunities in specific markets or media outlets

**About You**
- More than 3 years of experience in online advertising with aggregated digital video experience from an Ad Network, Supply Side Platform (SSPs) or Demand Side Platform (DSPs) is highly preferred
- In-depth understanding of the digital video advertising market and metrics, with strong familiarity in the competitive landscape and operational models of Ad Serving Companies, Supply Side Platforms (SSPs), and Demand Side Platforms (DSPs)
- Experience curating PMPs and packing inventory to meet buyers’ business needs
- Strong background in quantitative analytics (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Access, SQL, other database tools) a genuine love for numbers is highly needed
- Excellent business judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills that result in the ability to work effectively and efficiently across all functions in the business (sales, account management, support, product, finance, marketing, engineering etc.)
- Highly motivated to work for a leading growth technology business

- Willingness to travel when needed
