Et pour y parvenir, nos 7500 Switchers couplent leur expertise historique en ingénierie et en management de projet aux technologies digitales.

Présent dans 12 pays (Europe, Moyen-Orient, Asie), nous travaillons sur la production et la distribution d’électricité bas-carbone, à travers le développement des énergies nucléaires et renouvelables. Nous participons également à la modernisation des réseaux électriques et l’électrification des usages, à travers l’hydrogène pour décarboner les secteurs des transports et de l’industrie.

**Description du Poste**:
En tant que **leader technique**, vous serez un acteur clé de la transformation numérique de notre entreprise et des projets nucléaires. Votre rôle impliquera l’intégration des technologies digitales, en particulier les solutions Oracle, dans nos processus de gestion de projet et d’innovation. Vous serez également chargé de maintenir le partenariat avec Oracle et d’assurer la montée en compétences de nos équipes.

Au sein du Digital Excellence Center d’Assystem, vos missions seront:

- **Pilotage de la mise en place du démonstrateur Oracle pour la R&D**: Définition de l’architecture fonctionnelle et technique, installation des logiciels et intégration avec les entités du groupe, mise en place des données, planification et clarification des rôles, participation à la constitution de l’équipe, réalisation directe d’activités, suivi de l’avancement et reporting aux programmes d’innovation.
- **Intégration des outils digitaux dans les projets d’innovation**: définition des cas d’usage, spécifications techniques, et intégration des données.
- **Support projets d’innovation**: Définition Workpackages, cas d’usage, Project management Oracle. Suivi prod. tech. et développement démonstrateurs R&D digital.
- **Propositions de valeur**: Créer des offres digitales innovantes pour les marchés émergents d’Assystem, en France et à l’international.
- **Expertise en management de projet **:Maîtrise des compétences de chef de projet et des outils digitaux pour la gestion de projet.
- **Collaboration internationale **:Intervention pour les projets d’innovation chez Assystem dans différentes entités. Interaction avec les experts en management de projet pour définir les cas d’usage.
- Des déplacements ponctuels sont à prévoir en France et à l’étranger._

**Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur Bac+5**, vous avez **plus de 5 ans d’expérience** dans le déploiement de PLM, le management de projet et l’intégration de solutions digitales.

Vous maîtrisez fonctionnellement les modules d’Oracle et pouvez traduire les besoins métier en spécifications techniques.

Autonome, force de proposition, avec d’excellentes compétences relationnelles, vous êtes rigoureux(se) et capable de prioriser.

Une expérience dans le secteur nucléaire est préférable.

**La maîtrise de l’anglais est nécessaire à l’oral et à l’écrit.
