Join our team as a Human Resources Apprentice Reporting to the HR Department of ICAPE Group's headquarters located in Fontenay-aux-Roses (92), in the south of Paris, France, you will work in collaboration with the HR Manager in various missions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to various HR initiatives, including employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and employee well-being. Assist in organizing training sessions, updating employee training records, and liaising with training organizations. Help track key HR indicators related to recruitment, training, and employee engagement. Participate in updating job descriptions, maintaining HR records, and assisting in various administrative tasks. Post job offers, review applications, coordinate interviews, and assist in follow-ups with candidates. Help ensure a smooth integration for new employees by preparing onboarding materials and coordinating with teams. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Currently enrolled in a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Strong communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken). A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to take initiative and propose new ideas. Detail-oriented and well-organized, with a strong ability to multitask. Comfortable with digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Previous HR experience or internships are a plus but not required.
