Civil Building Supervisor

We are seeking a Civil Building Supervisor to oversee and manage the civil and building construction activities for a pivotal energy infrastructure project in Corsica. This role ensures compliance with HSE standards and quality control requirements.

As a Civil Building Supervisor, your responsibilities include:

• Supervising civil and building construction activities, from prefabrication to final erection.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies on health, safety, environment, and quality.
• Organizing and coordinating resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Overseeing and verifying site readiness for construction tasks such as lifting, excavation, and concrete pouring.
• Collaborating with the QA/QC department for inspections and certifications.
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring alignment with project specifications.
• Reporting progress, manpower utilization, and equipment status to the Civil/Building Superintendent.

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

• Fluency in French (mandatory) and professional proficiency in English.
• A high school degree in a technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction, with supervisory roles in oil and energy projects over the last 3 years.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering and construction drawings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
