We pride ourselves on delivering quality solutions and exceptional service to our customers, and we are looking for a passionate Head of Commercial BtoB to join our team and be part of this exciting journey.

Tasks

💥What will you do with us?

  • You will develop our sales of smartphone and refurbished phone repair services to insurers, brokers and mutual insurance companies.
  • You will manage the sale of refurbished phones and maintenance services to companies and various entities.
  • You will negotiate targets and prospecting tools with our General Management and Operations Management.
  • You will carry out daily prospecting with insurers, telephone operators and companies.
  • You will identify synergies within our group and gather customer needs in order to establish specifications.
  • You will develop leads and close commercial agreements to ensure the profitability of our programmes.
  • You will report directly to the General Management of France.
Requirements

🔎 What are we looking for?

  • Experience: Senior profile with a university degree and good knowledge of the insurance sector, especially in mutual insurance companies.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in office tools and basic knowledge of English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Tenacity and creativity: Persistent and able to come up with new ideas.
  • Teamwork: Positive attitude, honesty and ethics.
