Chief Security Officer
Le role:
Ce rôle implique la mise en œuvre et la gestion des normes de sécurité, la gestion des risques et la collaboration avec le CISO pour assurer la sécurité des données et des fonds des clients dans une entreprise financière mondiale. Il nécessite également la conformité aux réglementations bancaires françaises et européennes, la conception et la maintenance des systèmes de gestion de la sécurité de l'information, la production de rapports réguliers et la sensibilisation du personnel. Les exigences comprennent une expérience pertinente, des compétences en communication et une maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.
Responsabilités :
Responsable de la mise en œuvre et de la gestion des normes et processus de sécurité tels que ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, NIST & Cyber Essentials Plus, CIS, etc.
Assurer un rôle pratique dans la gestion des risques de sécurité des services, projets et opérations.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le CISO pour garantir la sécurité des données, des fonds des clients et de l'entreprise.
Prendre en charge la mise en œuvre pratique des exigences réglementaires bancaires françaises et européennes en matière de sécurité et de technologies de l'information.
Concevoir, construire, maintenir et exploiter un SMSI & PIMS.
Appliquer les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie au sein d'une entreprise de services financiers mondiale.
Produire des rapports mensuels sur le SMSI pour les entités de la région MENA et un rapport régional.
Participer directement à l'application des politiques à travers l'entreprise.
Organiser des sessions de sensibilisation pour le personnel/affiches, etc.
Vérifications de bureaux propres et POC pour les incidents et la gestion des crises.
Mener une gestion des risques pour les risques de sécurité qui menacent l'entreprise.
Collaboration positive avec d'autres équipes pour mettre en place un régime de gestion des risques de sécurité de l'information efficace.
Trouver des solutions aux problèmes et consulter les parties prenantes pour une mise en œuvre rapide.
Exigences :
Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français et actuellement basé en France.
Mise en œuvre éprouvée des exigences réglementaires européennes et françaises.
Baccalauréat en technologie de l'information, en sécurité de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe.
Plus de 2 ans d'expérience dans un cabinet du Big 4 et/ou dans les services financiers.
Auditeur ou metteur en œuvre ISO27001, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCP de préférence.
Application de techniques innovantes d'assurance de la sécurité et de production de rapports.
Expérience dans la production d'informations sur la gestion de la sécurité.
Large expérience des opérations sécurisées de réseaux, d'infrastructures principales et de systèmes.
Compréhension du fonctionnement et de la gouvernance de la gestion des correctifs et des vulnérabilités.
Compréhension de la livraison SOC/SIEM et des actions issues des rapports.
Expérience dans le cadrage et la gestion des audits PASSI et dans la réalisation d'audits réussis.
Expérience dans la promotion du changement positif dans un environnement complexe et rapide.
Expérience de première main dans la mise en œuvre de la sécurité de l'information de classe mondiale.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en planification.
