About the Hiring Company

A new iGaming Company (B2C) is looking for a CEO to join their growing team in Batumi, Georgia. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) needs to coordinate with all departments like sales, legal, marketing, IT, human resources, business development, and related parties and take overall responsibility for the business, P&L and growth in the European region. There is no COO in place meaning this role is a combination of a COO and CEO.

The CEO needs to optimize business workflows to meet established standards and outputs. The CEO also needs to perform KPI management and review the efforts of other teams. This requires building an operational strategy while keeping individual team performance in mind.

JobDescription

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build and create top-class teams in the company.
  • Set the goals for individual and team growth in the organization.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Design and implementation of strategic business plans and budgets.
  • Provide clear and accountable operational objectives, development plans, improvements and status reports to executives, internal stakeholders and business partners.
  • Offer timely and accurate reports about proceedings in the company.

Operational Management:

  • Organize and oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring that the business is well coordinated and productive by managing procedures and people.
  • Manage and develop a team of broad diversity role and function, from overseeing customer support, payments, managing relationships with key suppliers including cost control, quality of delivery, negotiating new contracts, overseeing regulatory compliance, operational KPIs and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Support the team in establishing and fine-tuning success metrics and key performance indicators for their respective operations in order to improve Profitability.
  • Motivate and encourage the implementation, resource allocation, and processes in the company.

Financial Oversight:

  • Drive the company's financial plans to achieve favorable results.
  • Ensure continuous and overall cost efficiency and quality in operations.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Create communication processes and implement growth strategies that work.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, key partners, and vendors.
  • Ensure all internal initiatives align with the company's core values and culture.

Innovation and Market Engagement:

  • Encourage innovative thinking and application in product development and customer engagement.
  • Represent the company at business and market events.

Recruitment and Talent Management:

  • Support in recruiting new key members of the teams and ensure all internal program initiatives align with the company's core values and culture.
  • Establish success metrics and KPIs for various operations to enhance profitability.

The Successful Candidate

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus
  • 10+ years iGaming experience
  • Able to lead and motivate a new team
  • Ideally someone with start-up experience, but can also be from established companies but with the right mindset and hands-on.
  • Analytical and meticulous.
  • Strong experience in B2C iGaming operations – for Western market (Europe/US/Australia/Canada/Mexico/Brazil etc).
  • Able to strategize and solve problems.
  • Prior and proven experience as Operations Director, COO or CEO
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Sportsbook experience ideally
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and a fast-paced working environment.
  • Excellent knowledge in the iGaming industry especially on payment, risk and compliance and customer service.
  • Good time management and always adhere to the timeline.
  • Positive attitude and self motivation.
  • Proactive and committed to complete assigned tasks.
  • Problem solving and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Approachable and willingness to assist all levels of staff.
  • Must be willing to work and relocate to Batumi, Georgia
