Join us and help shape thelogisticsbackbone of life‑changing healthcare solutions.Lead and oversee daily team activities, tracking progress against operational goalsPlan and follow up on weekly priorities, action items, and resource allocationDesign, deliver, andmaintainonboarding and ongoing training programsEnsure strict adherence to hygiene protocols and quality control proceduresSupervise technical aspects, such as equipment maintenance and calibration; approve release of compliant batchesIdentifyand escalation recurring issues to drive process improvementsServe as operational backup whenrequired, performing operator-level tasks as neededYour profileMinimum 3 years’ experience in a coordination or supervisory role within a medical or industrial settingDegree equivalent to Bac +2 or higher inlogistics, quality, production, or healthcareProficiencyin technical Englishand Frenchisa mustProficientin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)Solid knowledge of quality control workflows and medical regulatory standardsComfortable managing multiple data streams and operational inputs simultaneouslyStrong leadership skills, capable of motivating and uniting teamsClear, diplomatic, and effective communicatorHighly organized with meticulous attention to detailCustomer-oriented mindset; skilled in training and coaching team membersWhat we offerHealthy life-work balanceWhen creating a better and healthier world, a good place to start is with yourself.
