With its subsidiary CEVA Logistics, a world leader in logistics, and its air freight division CMA CGM AIR CARGO, the CMA CGM Group is continually innovating to offer its customers a complete and increasingly efficient range of new shipping, land, air and logistics solutions.Committed to the energy transition in shipping, and a pioneer in the use of alternative fuels, the CMA CGM Group has set a target to become Net Zero Carbon by 2050.Through the CMA CGM Foundation, the Group acts in humanitarian crises that require an emergency response by mobilizing the Group’s shipping and logistics expertise to bring humanitarian supplies around the world.Present in 160 countries through its network of more than 400 offices and 750 warehouses, the Group employs more than 155,000 people worldwide, including 4,000 in Marseilles where its head office is located.THE ROLECMA CGM is moving toward a federated/delegated governance model where business becomes central to improve quality of its data.In that context, we’re looking for our Head of Data Governance who will be in charge of ensuring the proper deployment of Data Governance activities at group level.He/she will be part of the Group data office which aims at supporting the right urbanization & governance of our Single Source of Truth along with the delivery of new Data Products.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?He/she will report to the head of Data office and will be responsible of:Data Delegation Framework: define the data framework to be used homogeneously by both Business Data departments and Group Data office. Monitor proper deployment of the delegation frameworkData Governance: launch Data domain governance for domains not in the scope of Business departments (e.g. Technology, Enterprise core data domains)Data Quality: Ensure proper implementation & deployment of Sifflet (Group Data Observability & Quality tool)Change & Data Awareness: animate data governance communities at group levelTeam/Management: define team organization needed to support Data Governance & data quality ambitionsData office collaboration: work closely with the Head of data architecture and the Head of Data Catalog to ensure the right level of quality of new Data Products deliveredBusiness collaboration: work closely with Business Data Governance representatives to ensure consistent/homogeneous deployment of Data Governance activitiesGroup & Key partner coordination: work with other tech & data departments (Data Science, BI, Architecture, Ceva data & tech teams) to support Data product deliveryWHA ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Proven experience in similar Data Governance senior position (10+ years of experience expected)Excellent knowledge of Data Practices, from strategy to execution (Data Governance, Data Quality)Result/Goal oriented, capacity to deliver and manage deadlines in an evolving environmentAbility to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both written and oralGood knowledge of Data Architecture concepts (Data Products, Data platform)Tool knowledge (Atlan, Sifflet, Snowflake, Qlik sense, Dataiku…)Good knowledge of CMA CGM Business & ITDemonstrated ability for teamworkFluent in French & EnglishPlease ensure you are familiar with the CMA CGM Corporate Internal Mobility guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
