The company invests approximately €4 billion annually in Research & Development across AI, cybersecurity, quantum, cloud, and 6G, employing about 81 000 people in 68 countries.Our commitment, your benefits:Competitive remuneration packageContinuous skills development including training programs, academies, and internal communitiesInclusive and respectful work environment with work/life balanceRecognized social and environmental engagementYour daily activities at the Toulouse Champollion site: The site hosts satellite systems engineering, satellite payload design and production, solar segment development, and advanced micro‑refrigerator production for high‑performance markets.Key responsibilities:Lead the payload during integration, testing, and commissioning until CM delivery, overseeing technical, schedule, and cost aspects of AIT tasks.Adopt a major work‑package (WP) responsibility.Participate in system risk analysis.Support program contractual reviews (PDR, CDR, FMCR, etc.).Organise AIT competency reviews (TRR) and NRB sessions.Control AIT deployment plan and overall task scheduling with planners.Serve as project liaison for AIT programmatic and technical aspects.Ensure availability of test equipment (GSE) for AIT.Coordinate payload transfer to AIT Satellite, managing documentation and resources.Team-related activities:Define test plans and major test items from the test bank specification.Analyse AIT test sequence risks.Ensure availability of all inputs (documents, hardware, software) with planners.Enforce quality and technical reference rules.Approve design reviews with the business side.Plan and conduct the initial business meeting in collaboration with quality.Centralise and execute AIT actions, managing FNC.Support NRB investigations and apply quality rules.Identify required resources in coordination with business.Operational activities:Manage charge plan elements (PRIMAVERA Code_1).Maintain cost control and major WP responsibility.Schedule and plan code_0 tasks.Propose tests and operations.Conduct daily meetings.Validate first‑level test results with test owners.Facilitate post‑campaign iteration sessions.Analyse all AIT phase issues and root causes.Your profile:• Engineering degree (mechanics, electronics, systems, or generalist). • Proven experience managing industrial teams. • Significant experience in assembly and integration in high‑quality environments (space, aeronautics, defense, advanced manufacturing). • Strong understanding of program constraints (cost, schedule, quality). • Leadership, decision‑making ability, high organisational and planning skills. • Deep quality culture and continuous improvement mindset. • Comfort in cross‑cultural, multidisciplinary settings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
