Overview Internship opportunity at ATR in Blagnac for a student in Human Resources management or related fields. The internship covers Compensation and Benefits, Social Relations and Policies, Labour Law, and Personnel Administration within the HR department. Responsibilities Maintain tracking files and indicators related to remuneration and benefits Participate in the development, update and deployment of files supporting annual remuneration campaigns (salary increases, performance bonuses, etc.) Support HR control of social data: monitor wage bill changes, run simulations and financial impact analyses, assist cost optimization Support local HR managers in deploying remuneration and benefits measures Prepare and organize meetings with employee representatives (invitations, logistics, preparation of meeting materials) Manage expenses/budget monitoring for employee and/or union representatives and related activities (mandatory postings, delegation hours) Assist in administration of personnel (addenda, certificates, letters, training leave requests) Contribute to the BDESE data monitoring and update Prepare legal documents and supports for the service (PowerPoint presentations, formatting and content) Draft internal and external communication materials for the department Activities (Detailed) Keep various tracking files for remuneration and benefits; support annual remuneration campaigns Support management of social control, wage bill monitoring, and financial impact analyses Assist in deployment of remuneration and benefits measures Prepare meetings with staff representatives; handle administrative documentation and meeting materials Monitor expenses and budgets for staff representation and related activities Handle delegated personnel administration tasks (addenda, attestations, various letters, training leave requests) Contribute to the BDESE database and related reporting Prepare legal documents and department deliverables (notably PowerPoint presentations) Draft communication materials for internal and external audiences Profile Internship integrated into a Bachelor/Bachelor+3 or Master program in HR Management, Social Law, or Social Management Control Strong reliability, initiative, confidentiality, organizational and follow-up skills; ability to prioritise and work numerically Languages: French fluent; English intermediate (B1/B2) IT: proficiency with Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong Excel knowledge Teamwork, customer service orientation, adaptability Curiosity and eagerness to learn; comfort with numbers Calendar Starting date: 2026; Duration: 6 months Recruitment Process Two-step process after application: CV analysis; technical interview with the Manager Company and Implementation Details Company: Avions de Transport Regional (ATR).
