Our goal is to make complex operations intuitive and efficient, turning insights into impactful action for thousands of B2B customers across Europe.To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated BI Analyst to join our Data & AI team. In this role, you will partner with global stakeholders across Sales, Deployments, Logistics, Customer Service, Production, and Marketing to deliver reliable, automated, and actionable insights.What You’ll Be DoingAdapt and migrate existing Power BI dashboards to NetSuite data sourcesDesign and develop new BI applications aligned with Shiftmove Group standards (Tableau)Build, maintain, and evolve n8n workflows that support operational teamsContribute to Python development for internal AI agents and GenAI projectsCollaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into BI solutionsEnsure data integrity, accuracy, and performance of dashboards and workflowsDocument BI assets, workflows, and processes according to group guidelinesWhat Success Looks LikeMigrate 3+ existing Power BI applications into new group BI toolsStandardize BI assets according to Shiftmove Group’s Tableau guidelinesIndependently maintain and enhance complex n8n workflows (e.g., automated intervention creation)Design and deploy 5+ functional AI agents on the internal AI platformBuild strong, trust‑based relationships with cross‑functional teams and deliver insights that drive measurable operational impactWho You AreExperience in BI, Data Analytics, Automation, or a related fieldHands‑on experience building dashboards in Power BI or TableauExposure to workflow automation tools (ideally n8n or similar)Bonus: Previous working experience in PythonExperience working with CRM/ERP systems (SuiteCRM, NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.) is a plusComfortable collaborating with global, cross‑functional teamsStrong English communication skills, as you will work regularly with international teamsCurious, proactive, and eager to grow your skills in BI, automation, and AIYour Benefits At ShiftmoveAs part of our team, you’ll receive the following benefits:Meal Vouchers: 19 meal vouchers per full month worked, for €9, funded 50% by the company and 50% by the employeeTransportation: 50% reimbursement of your public transportation subscription (upon submission of receipt/invoice)Employee Benefits Platform (Works Council): Access to various discounts and perks through our CE platformHealth Insurance: Coverage under the company’s group health insurance planPaid Time Off: 25 days of paid leave per year, based on a five‑day workweekAdditional Paid Leave: 5 extra days of paid leave per year, in addition to statutory vacation daysRemote Work Policy: Up to two days of remote work per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
