Overview Quandela is a European scale‑up that provides photonic quantum computers that are modular, scalable, energy‑efficient and accessible both on the cloud and on premise. Our team of 140 employees specialises in the development of both software and hardware solutions for a variety of quantum applications, ranging from the most efficient single‑photon sources to algorithms for quantum computers and cloud quantum‑computing solutions. Quandela plays a pivotal role as a strategic partner in the quantum transformation of industrial sectors such as energy, finance, pharmaceuticals and transportation, and is an esteemed collaborator within the academic and research community. Following a successful €50 million fundraising in 2023, we are scaling up our commercial ventures alongside ongoing research. We have been chosen to participate in the French Tech 2030 program, which aims to bolster French companies pioneering groundbreaking innovations. Responsibilities Monitoring purchase requests and supplier purchase orders in coordination with the procurement department Processing supplier invoices (receipt, verification, accounting entry, filing) and handling payments Issuing and recording customer invoices Following up on customer accounts and managing overdue payments Managing expense reports (verification, accounting entry) and processing reimbursements Organising accounting documentation and archiving Assisting with bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations Entering day‑to‑day accounting entries (purchases, sales, bank transactions, accruals, etc.) Supporting the Chief Accountant in preparing quarterly and annual account closings Participating in the implementation of the new ERP system Assisting with various administrative tasks This list is non‑exhaustive. Requirements You hold a two‑year post‑secondary degree in Accounting (BTS/DUT or Bachelor level) and are proficient in office software, particularly Excel (PivotTables, etc.). You have a solid knowledge and expertise in accounting, with a minimum of 2 years experience, maintain confidentiality, and possess strong interpersonal skills (team spirit, proactivity and respect for deadlines). You are rigorous and detail‑oriented in carrying out your tasks.
