No engineers needed. No bottlenecks. Just agents that work. The Ops AI Platform will let our Ops team create, evolve, and monitor their own AI agents to automate thousands of tedious tasks. Key responsibilities Integrate agents at the heart of internal tools – UIs where Ops can monitor and take action on concrete business situations, with context‑aware chat modals and instant impact on business data. Empower non‑technical users to become autonomous in the creation and maintenance of agents – prompting, tool configuration, testing, datasets, replayability, evaluations. Build a complete set of tools for AI agents, connecting to internal and external capabilities such as business data, external servers, and web dashboards without APIs. Ensure safety and accuracy – robust testing, stateful evaluation, progressive rollout, human‑in‑the‑loop for sensitive actions, fine‑grained permissions and limits. Scale the system from dozens to tens of thousands of tasks automated daily. Influence system architecture and code quality. Mentor engineers, contribute to product & engineering culture, and help build the team (including hiring). What we’re looking for Product engineers with 3+ years of experience excited about building state‑of‑the‑art AI systems for high‑stakes operational problems. Experience at the frontier of LLMs, tool calling, human‑in‑the‑loop, internal tools UX, and multi‑agent architectures. Implementation experience for AI agent capabilities and tooling for Ops autonomy. Strong background in full‑stack software engineering, systems architecture, with a focus on back‑end. Experience with traditional ML, LLMs, or ML DevOps is a plus. Product‑mindfulness – solutions that are used and impactful. Self‑directed, pragmatic, humble, and collaborative.
