As the Payroll Partner, you will be a key member of the HR team, joining a global network of 13 operating companies and 17,000 associates. You will help deliver compelling experiences for associates, leaders, and the business, supporting talent and organization growth. Responsibilities Supported by Standard Work, manage assigned caseload for Tier 1 payroll requests, including answering inquiries and executing transactional processes, ensuring SLAs and service quality standards are exceeded. Serve as point of contact for payroll inquiries from regional EMEA Associate Groups, focusing on France and supporting other countries as needed. Manage the full payroll cycle: collect, validate, and input payroll data, ensuring timely salary payments in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, coordinated with payroll providers. Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate calculations and timely submissions of social security contributions, taxes, and other statutory requirements. Interact with HR and finance for monthly payroll activities, updating HRIS with hire, leaver, transfer, promotion, and organizational changes in a timely, accurate manner. Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance, documenting procedures and ensuring internal controls. Correspond with tax offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions, and other authorities. Process supplementary insurance and pension plans. Prepare regular payroll reports and statistics, issue certificates and forms, reconcile and clarify accounts with the financial accounting department, and prepare annual financial statements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of proven payroll experience. Deep knowledge of local labor, tax, and social security regulations in France; additional country-specific knowledge welcomed. Experience working within multicultural, international teams, collaborating with Finance and HR business partners. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, with strong communication, tone, messaging, execution, planning, and ownership skills. Problem‑solving and results‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities. Proficient in French and English; additional European languages welcomed. Knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday; proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Employment Part of the HR Services team, the position is located in France and is remote.
