This individual will work closely with Business to understand their processes identify challenges and translate those into clear actionable requirements for the development and Implementation.ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & Analysis: Conduct in-depth interviews workshops and data analysis to elicit document and prioritize business requirements from various stakeholders for application development and enhancements.Translate complex business needs into clear concise and comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, use cases and process flows for applications.Perform gap analysis between existing application capabilities and desired business outcomes, proposing effective solutions.Process Optimization & Design: Map current-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology solutions.Design future-state processes leveraging applications to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.Ensure that application designs align with best practices and strategic business objectives.Solution Evaluation & Recommendation: Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects) to evaluate proposed technical solutions for applications ensuring they meet business requirements and are technically feasible.Participate in the evaluation and selection of new software vendors assessing their capabilities against business needs.Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop detailed test plans, test cases and scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Lead and coordinate UAT sessions with business users ensuring thorough testing and validation of solutions prior to deployment.Support quality assurance teams in verifying that developed solutions meet specifications.Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT development / support teams.Communicates project status changes and impacts clearly and effectively to all relevant stakeholders.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.Change Management Support: Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.Preferred SkillsTechnical skillsHybrid integration platformWorkatoTIBCOINFORMATICAAPIGEEXIBM STERLINGPersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
