About the RoleAs a Tech Lead, you will lead a team of engineers, work closely with product managers and designers, and ensure that engineering decisions align with business impact and user needs.You will be at the forefront of technical strategy and execution, ensuring that the team balances scalability, performance, and user experience while delivering high-quality software solutions. You will report directly to the CTO.Technical Leadership & ExecutionAs a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of engineers while ensuring the execution of the technical roadmap in alignment with product and business needs. You will play a crucial role in making technical decisions, guaranteeing system scalability, and maintaining high availability in production environments. You will also be responsible for managing reporting, maintaining project transparency, and refining development processes to accelerate delivery cycles.Reliability & MonitoringYou will take full ownership of production monitoring, incident management, and system reliability. This includes proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact users. You will implement robust observability practices, ensuring a stable and resilient infrastructure that supports continuous product growth.Collaboration & Strategic ImpactYou will work closely with the Product Manager and CTO to align engineering efforts with business objectives, ensuring that development priorities drive value for users and the company. You will define and track key performance metrics, ensuring technical solutions contribute effectively to the overall product strategy.Your expertise in full-stack development will drive continuous improvement in frontend and backend interactions, optimizing performance, maintainability, and developer efficiency.
