Equipment Operator

Overview Location: Bourg, LA Pay: $18–$20/hr. (Based on Experience + Overtime) Schedule: 14/7 Rotating Day & Night Shifts R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is the nation's leading provider of environmental oilfield waste management. We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded Equipment Operator to join our team at our Bourg, Louisiana facility. The Job Safely operate heavy equipment (bulldozers, compactors, loaders) to move, spread, and compact waste materials. Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Maintain landfill cover and site grading to meet safety and environmental standards. Follow all safety and environmental regulations, including proper PPE use. Communicate with team members to ensure efficient and safe landfill operations. Requirements Willingness to work 14/7 Rotating Shifts (Day and Nights) Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to learn quickly and work independently Strong teamwork and communication skills Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus What’s In It For You $18–$20/hr.
