Senior Software & Infrastructure Engineer We are looking for a senior engineer with a strong background in software development and modern cloud-native infrastructure. You should be comfortable building reliable systems end-to-end: from writing production-grade Python code to deploying services at scale on Kubernetes. You will report to Alexandre Pasquiou and will be located in our Paris offices. Our focus is on developing an Agent based on Tabular AI to allow any company to build AI applications that natively interact with their structured databases (tabular). Specifically, we develop a modern AI workflows platform that automatically solves Data Science use-cases with state‑of‑the‑art performance without custom training on client data. Mission Highlights As a Software & Infrastructure Engineer, your role will be to drive the development and deployment of our AI workflows platform from a software perspective. You will drive the very core of our platform with a focus on high‑quality software engineering, robust and scalable infrastructure with a focus on code clarity, well‑written documentation and efficient cross‑platform deployment. You will collaborate closely with our research and engineering teams (~8 people) to enhance the performance, scalability and efficiency of our AI‑driven workflows. You should be an expert in: Software Development: Excellent software engineering skills in Python, with experience in software development best practices, semantic versioning and version control systems such as Git. Python: Built production‑grade APIs. Docker & Kubernetes: Hands‑on experience containerizing services and managing k8s clusters (Helm, custom manifests). CI/CD Pipelines: Built and maintained pipelines in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. Monitoring & Observability: Familiar with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar. Data Management and Storage: Knowledge of various database formats (including SQL and NoSQL databases), data warehousing solutions, and data management best practices. Autoscaling & Reliability (HPA/VPA, fault tolerance) We expect you to master or to ramp up on: Infra as code, Terraform: 1+ year experience defining and provisioning cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) via Terraform. Security & IAM (firewalls, secrets, certificates, RBAC, policies) Profile M.S in Computer Science or a closely related field. 5+ years of experience as a Software/Infrastructure engineer, with a deep understanding of scientific computing and low‑level optimizations. Excellent communication skills in English. Proven ability to work with interdisciplinary teams. Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving startup environment. Self‑starter and autonomous. You have demonstrated experience in designing and running large‑scale ML experiments. Experience in developing and debugging in C/C++, Python. Demonstrated experience in information security (InfoSec), including implementation and management of ISO/IEC 27001 controls and SOC 2 requirements.
