Our focus is continually championing and optimizing TikTok LIVE by working with creators to ensure a creative, fun, and safe space for all of our users.The LIVE Operations team seeks an enthusiastic Senior Influencer Operations Manager. You will play a key role in driving the success of our LIVE content ecosystem in France by managing relationships with creators, optimizing performance, and scaling operations. This role requires a deep understanding of influencer culture, excellent operational capability, and strong leadership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.As part of the LIVE Operations Team, the Influencer Operations Manager will ensure that TikTok LIVE has a stable supply of Live-focused content creators for the European region. This role will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring top Live creators and building programs and activations to deepen the relationship with existing top Live creators in the French Market.- Lead creator acquisition and retention strategies for TikTok LIVE in the French market.- Design and implement scalable programs to onboard, train, and support LIVE creators.- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and content policy teams to enhance creator experience.- Develop community-building strategies to support monetisation and creator satisfaction.- Oversee contractual agreements and ensure compliance with platform standards.- Lead workshops, webinars, and feedback sessions to educate and motivate creators.- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging creator behaviors.- Provide account support to creators to refine their content quality, performance and reputation.- Collaborate across teams to promote campaigns and creator profiles and produce featured content.- Gather insights and analysis of relevant data for creator performance.- Establish policies and guidelines for creator management and partnerships, monitor and provide sufficient feedback for LIVE features.QualificationsMinimum Qualification:- Minimum 5 years of working experience in talents/influencer management- Understanding and previous experience working within livestream ecosystem and applications.- Bachelor's degree or above.- Work collaboratively and commitment to the team.- Fluency in French and English so as to communicate with local talents and agenciesPreferred Qualification:- Professional, patient and skillful communication.- Result-oriented, good data analysis skills and proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment.- Familiarity with TikTok LIVE ecosystem and its creator monetization tools- Experience with community-building or user engagement strategiesAbout TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
