Software Engineer Fullstack - Construction Paris (Sentier) CDI A propos de l'entreprise L'entreprise opère dans le secteur de la Construction, startup ambitieuse qui développe le "système d'exploitation" du BTP. Dans un secteur encore enlisé dans le papier et les processus inefficaces. Elle construit une plateforme SaaS tout-en-un pour remplacer Excel et fluidifier le pilotage financier et opérationnel des chantiers. Portée par une équipe fondatrice d'excellence (ex-BCG, Top Ingénieurs) et soutenue par une récente levée de fonds de 3M€ (fin 2024), l'entreprise accélère pour transformer la vie de millions de travailleurs de l'économie réelle. 🚀 Le contexte Vous cherchez un rôle fondateur au sein d'une "Core Team" en pleine accélération ? Notre client recrute deux Software Engineers pour pérenniser son développement et bâtir un produit robuste. Vous rejoignez une équipe tech à taille humaine (7 personnes) où tout est à construire. Dans ce rôle, vous ne serez pas un simple exécutant : vous travaillerez directement avec le CTO et les fondateurs pour concevoir l'architecture et développer les fonctionnalités clés du produit, avec une exigence technique rare à ce stade de développement. 🎯 Vos Missions En tant que Software Engineer Fullstack, vous transformez des besoins métier complexes en solutions techniques élégantes et pérennes. 1. Développement & Architecture (Hands-on) Construire : Développer des fonctionnalités de bout en bout (Fullstack) sur une stack moderne : TypeScript, React (Vite), Node.js (Fastify), TRPC et Drizzle. Concevoir : Être garant de l'architecture technique (modélisation) pour assurer la performance et la scalabilité du SaaS. Innover : Résoudre des problèmes d'ingénierie complexes liés à la gestion de données financières et opérationnelles. 2. Culture Craft & Qualité Exceler : Produire du code maintenable et durable. Appliquer : Mettre en œuvre les bonnes pratiques de l'ingénierie logicielle : TDD (Test Driven Development), Refactoring continu et principes de l'eXtreme Programming. Collaborer : Participer aux sessions de Pair Programming et de System Design. 3. Vision Produit & Impact Traduire : Faire le pont entre les enjeux business (le chantier) et la tech. Vous comprenez le "pourquoi" derrière chaque ligne de code. Participer : Être force de proposition sur la roadmap et les choix produits en collaboration directe avec le CEO et le CPO. 🏆 Votre Profil De formation Grande École d'Ingénieurs (X, Centrale, Mines, Télécom...) ou profil "Outlier" (autodidacte) , vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 2 à 3 ans (ou parcours fulgurant) en start-up ou scale-up. Vos compétences techniques : Fullstack TypeScript : Maîtrise avancée de l'écosystème JS/TS (React, Node.js). Base de données : Solide compréhension des modèles relationnels (PostgreSQL). Architecture : Capacité à modéliser des systèmes complexes et à refactoriser du code existant. Votre savoir-être (Soft Skills) : Esprit "Builder" : Vous avez un fort esprit entrepreneurial. Exigence : Vous êtes un artisan du code, attaché à la propreté et à la robustesse de vos livrables. Curiosité : Intérêt pour le secteur de l'économie réelle (Construction/BTP) et envie d'apprendre. Les conditions Rémunération : 60K€ - 90K€ selon profil. Localisation : Paris (Sentier / Réaumur). Contrat : CDI. Mode de travail : Présentiel privilégié pour la cohésion d'équipe.
