Key Responsibilities: Client Assistance: Deliver exceptional support to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, efficiently addressing their concerns and resolving issues. Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot client problems, providing clear and effective solutions to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Data Entry: Keep accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and an excellent client experience. Candidate Requirements: Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in French, with a B2 level or higher in English. Eligibility: Must have EU citizenship or a Portuguese residence card. Experience: Previous experience in client support or a related role is a plus, but not required. Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (Relocation package available for those moving from abroad).
