Job Description You join the Client Tax Office team, composed of 8 people in Paris, within Natixis CIB Operations. This team is responsible for the management of operational processes related to tax regulations impacting our clients and transactions (FATCA, CRS, QI/QDD, IFU, FICOBA, withholding taxes, financial transaction tax, ...). Responsibilities On a daily basis, your missions are to: Production of tax reports: Actively contribute to the preparation of reports for the tax authorities; Process efficiency: Ensure and drive process efficiency and data quality through controls and performance indicators; Continuous improvement: Be a driving force in the service of process and tool efficiency; Project management: Initiate, coordinate and participate in improvement initiatives and projects; Key interlocutor: Be the preferred point of contact for operational tax matters for other departments (Front Office, Tax Department, Compliance, Operations, IT...). Qualifications About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us With a higher education, you have proven experience in operational taxation acquired within a corporate and investment bank (CIB). You master the rules for producing reports intended for tax authorities; financial products with a good understanding of the CIB’s products and operations; and project management, with an ability to work efficiently in project mode. You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are: Organized and structured; Curious and proactive, with a real appetite for analysis and continuous improvement; An excellent communicator, able to interact effectively with varied interlocutors.
