Intégré au sein de l’équipe sourcing, tu auras les précieuses tâches de manager notre équipe.

Tes principales responsabilités seront :

  • Pilotage et coaching de l'équipe achat d'énergie
  • Mise en place du reporting
  • Lien avec le comité exécutif et le groupe
  • Définition de la stratégie d’achat & remontée des alertes
  • Veille règlementaire et participation aux consultations
  • Supervision et encadrement de la relation avec nos producteurs

Ce poste est fait pour toi si :

  • Tu as de l’expérience et une appétence particulière pour le management d’équipe
  • Tu as déjà au moins dix ans d’expérience dans le secteur de l’énergie, et au moins une expérience réussie dans l’achat d’énergie, ce qui te permet d’avoir une excellente compréhension des marchés
  • Tu maîtrises l’anglais, à l'écrit comme à l’oral
  • Tu as un vrai intérêt pour le secteur de l’énergie verte, et tu es intéressé par notre projet et tu veux le porter avec nous
