Stage – Chargé.e de missions HSE – Seppic Seppic, une filiale du groupe Air Liquide, conçoit, produit et commercialise des ingrédients uniques pour les secteurs cosmétique, pharmaceutique, nutraceutique et vétérinaire depuis 80 ans. Durée : 6 moisDate de démarrage souhaité : Janvier 2026Lieu : Lons (Nouvelle‑Aquitaine, France)Type : Stage, temps plein Ce que vous ferez Contribuer à l’évaluation des risques professionnels – révision et enrichissement du Document Unique d’Évaluation des Risques Professionnels (DUERP), analyse des postes de travail et identification des actions de prévention. Mener une étude sur le risque chimique – cartographier les produits du site, évaluer l’exposition potentielle des collaborateurs et proposer un plan de mesures d’exposition. Développer la culture sécurité – être ambassadeur de la culture HSE et la rendre vivante auprès de tous les employés. Communication et sensibilisation – créer des « Flash HSE » pour diffuser des informations clés et des bonnes pratiques de façon ludique et percutante. Échanges sécurité – participer aux « causeries sécurité », moments d’échange privilégiés avec les équipes pour discuter des enjeux de prévention. Amélioration continue – suivre les indicateurs de performance (taux de fréquence, taux de gravité) et mettre à jour les procédures internes pour les rendre plus efficaces. « Ce stage vous permettra d’acquérir une expérience complète et très opérationnelle en HSE, en travaillant sur des projets concrets qui auront un impact direct sur la sécurité de notre site. » Profil recherché Étudiant en école d’ingénieur, spécialité HSE, ou suivant une formation QHSE Bac+5/6 ou Mastère spécialisé. Solides connaissances en réglementation HSE et en évaluation des risques professionnels. Aisance sur les outils informatiques (Suite Google et Pack Office). La connaissance d’outils de gestion HSE serait un plus. Personne autonome, rigoureuse, dotée d’un excellent sens relationnel et d’une bonne capacité à communiquer. Capacité à sensibiliser les équipes sur le terrain et esprit d'initiative essentiel pour mener à bien les projets confiés.
