Beauty - Consumer Goods Project Intern (GBS) - 2026 Start (BS/MS) Location: Paris, Île-de-France, France Start Date: 2026 (Immediate; 6‑month minimum internship) Job Summary: As a project intern, you will engage in short‑term projects that provide hands‑on exposure to TikTok’s Consumer Goods business. You will learn in a fast‑paced environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests while working on key strategic initiatives for the Beauty/CPG/Care regions in France. Responsibilities: Establish and manage key strategic projects with Customer Success leads for the Beauty / CPG / Care team in France. Develop industry measurement frameworks (BLS setup, Reporting & Learning Agendas). Manage weekly campaign follow‑up and optimisations. Contribute to global accounts teams (benchmarking & scorecard creation). Participate in product innovation with Branded Mission (set‑up, reporting & monitoring). Drive client education initiatives with Ad Policy. Minimum Qualifications: Currently a penultimate‑year bachelor candidate or a final‑year master candidate, graduating in 2026. Available to start immediately in Paris for a minimum of six months. Professional proficiency in English; proficiency in French required. Work experience in Sales, Advertising, Consulting, Analysis, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Technical Sales, Operations, or related fields is a plus. Project‑management experience and strong organisational skills; capable of navigating, innovating and implementing ideas. Demonstrated interest in digital and TikTok’s ad solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Studying Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing or Communication. Autonomous, data‑driven and results‑oriented spirit.
