Dans le cadre du développement de son activité, il recherche un Software Engineer Senior pour renforcer son équipe technique et accompagner la croissance de sa plateforme.Leur vision / Leurs valeursInnovation, proximité et efficacité : l’entreprise se positionne comme un acteur dynamique du DOOH, attaché à l’amélioration continue et au travail collaboratif.Poste à pourvoirSoftware Engineer Senior (F / H)Au sein de l’équipe technique et en lien direct avec le CTO, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités et d’outils internes destinés à optimiser la performance de l’entreprise.Vos principales missionsTravailler avec l’équipe pour préciser les besoins utilisateurs et prioriser les fonctionnalités.Concevoir de nouvelles fonctionnalités avec les architectes et l’équipe technique.Développer, maintenir et documenter les nouvelles fonctionnalités.Implémenter des tests unitaires.Corriger et refactoriser le code existant.Proposer et implémenter des améliorations continues (code, outils, process).Collaborer avec les autres métiers de l’entreprise.Les bénéfices pour vousIntégrer une entreprise innovante et en forte croissance.Travailler au plus près de la direction technique.Évoluer dans un environnement technique stimulant (C++, Rust, Golang, JS / TS, frameworks web modernes).Contribuer directement à la croissance d’une plateforme à fort potentiel.Votre profilVous disposez d’au moins 5 années d’expérience en ingénierie logicielle.Formation Bac en informatique, numérique ou mathématiques appliquées, ou équivalent.Vous maîtrisez la conception logicielle et le développement d’applications web.Vous avez de solides connaissances en structures de données, algorithmes et langages (C++ / Rust, JS / TS, Golang).Vous êtes familier de l’environnement Linux, du scripting, et de Git.Une maîtrise d’OpenGL et / ou d’outils de testing (Jest, Mocha…) serait appréciée.LocalisationParisProcessus de recrutementPrise de contact avec un consultant TASTETemps d’échange pour comprendre vos motivations et votre parcoursMise en relation avec notre client et suivi à chaque étapeRecrutement responsableConvaincu qu’un recrutement diversifié est source de performance pour nos clients, TASTE s’engage dans une démarche de recrutement responsable et éthique.
