Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closings for multiple international entities. Manage statutory and tax audits, working with both external auditors and internal teams. Prepare and review balance sheet and income statement reconciliations. Coordinate tax compliance and filings with internal tax team and external advisors. Collaborate with Legal, HR, Procurement, IT, and other teams to ensure smooth financial operations. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, CIT and VAT returns, and other statutory filings. Contribute to building a scalable, efficient global accounting function that supports Aircall’s international expansion. Participate in finance transformation and system improvement projects. Qualifications Fluent English (any additional language is a plus). Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 3‑5 years of progressive accounting experience, showing consistent growth in responsibility. Experience in public accounting (Big 4) is a strong advantage. Background in a high‑growth, multinational SaaS or tech company is a strong advantage. Experience in multi‑entity accounting, including inter‑company transactions, FX accounting, and global consolidation. Hands‑on experience with NetSuite is highly preferred. Excellent communication and relationship management skills across departments and levels. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast‑changing environment.
